Thorough blowout 2. Thorough interior cleaning. 3. Seats shampooed 4. No exterior but clean the windows inside and out 5. Headlight restoration. I told him that I didn't want the other neutralizer or fragrance and that I would completely clear out the car and all the contents myself before he arrived. I got a quote of $125 for the detailing which I thought was good since I didn't want the extras and I was cleaning out the car myself. And I believe I was told $85 for the headlights. After 2 hours of cleaning I came out it was starting to be sunset so I asked him if he forgot about the headlights and he said yes he would text me to schedule another time for it. On first inspection I was just so happy that it was done and I wouldn't have to worry about glass and everything looked vacuumed and shiny because of the armor-All. I paid him $125 + $20 tip. I got in the car next day with better light and started noticing that he hadn't wiped down all the surfaces before he used the armor All and that the seats didn't look shampooed because they still had the same water spots. Some surfaces hadn't been wiped at all, like the dash cover. The windows had never even been touched. He definitely didn't shampoo the seats even though they were wet when I first got the car back I think he just steamed them and that's not what I expected or thought I paid for. It also had a heavy smell of some gross perfume. Overall I'm still satisfied because at least it's much cleaner and safer without the glass shards and I saw him working hard for two hours. Less
