Outstanding service from Conejo Services! We had them replace our large gas water heater, and when the old unit was pulled out, we discovered unexpected water leak damage inside the cubby.Rather than rushing the job, they handled it gracefully by setting up the water heater temporarily so we still had hot water while we repaired the space. They then came back out for a second trip to complete the final, code-compliant installation. They easily could have finished the first day or billed extra for a return visit, but they made two trips and didn’t charge anything additional. Reliable, honest, and truly customer-focused—I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Great experience! Able to get an appt quickly via the website. The technician showed up in the expected window and solved the AC problem. I really appreciated Juan’s customer service! And my AC is back up and running in under 24 hours!

Been using Conejo for my HVAC maintenance, repair, and installation for the last 7+ years. David recently completed maintenance work for both my furnace and AC unit. He was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend this company.

My garage door has been a problem for well over a year. Three other company visits later and it was still not working right. Jimmy with Conejo had it up and running perfectly within a couple of hours! He was experienced, friendly and explained all of the items he did! Thank you so much, Jimmy!! 5-stars for my first time using Conejo services!
