⚠️ Word of Warning ⚠️Make sure you ask for a quote before agreeing to any work, however small the project, or you could get taken advantage of by this company. My husband and I had a broken GCFI outlet and asked for a technician to come out. We were told there was a $90 assessment fee that includes the trip to the house, assessing the problem and the fee would be applied to the fix. We were told that once the problem was diagnosed, we would get a quote for the whole job.We weren’t given a quote. We were charged over $600 to replace the outlet. I called to question the steep price and was told the $90 fee didn’t apply to assessing the problem and that’s why we were charged an additional $150 diagnostic fee. We were charged $375 for the GCFI replacement part, which is less than $50 at Lowe’s/Home Depot.When questioned, I was told it was because the tech had to go buy the part and then install it, plus, he didn’t have a tool he needed so another tech had to bring it out. We had to pay dearly for the lack of preparedness and lack of transparency in cost.Perhaps the company is better at large jobs, but in the case of our small job, we were told one thing about the fees but charged another.

Eric is an expert in his field. He did a deep energy retrofit on my 1940s home. This included a geothermal heat pump as well as a ton of insulation and air sealing. My house feels brand new now by staying a consistent temperature at all times in near silence. My air quality is much improved as well. I haven’t had the system long enough to calculate energy savings yet, but I expect them to be substantial.The only criticism I have is that he just doesn’t have enough people working for him. My job took longer than it could have due to his labor shortage. He was going to great lengths to recruit as well, so he’s well aware of the issue.All in all, I’d do this again in a heartbeat. My house used to be basically a barn and now it’s more insulated and sealed than a lot of brand new homes.

Eric came out on a Saturday and quickly identified the problems with the furnace and heat pump. He kept me informed and explained everything he was doing. I appreciate knowing the "why" for the work he is performing. When the work was complete, He did a Post Maintenance Test to verify everything was working properly. His team if very knowledgeable and easy to work with!

The tech came out and left my damper completely closed for the main level at my home and it took over 60 days for the parts to arrive for a simple damper. My electric bills went through the roof. I wouldn't let these guys in your home unless you want them to make the situation worse. They still charged me $299 and did absolutely nothing, other than triple my electric bill. Called the competition, they properly diagnosed it in 15 min and the quote was $500 cheaper and repaired within a week. This place is a joke.

I called late on a Sunday morning about a failing sump pump. Within a reasonable amount of time, my day and my basement were saved from being flooded! Eric came today and installed a new sump pump.
