Just got all the windows in my home installed by EcoChoice Windows and I am truly satisfied with the quality of the windows and the fast and efficient work done in replacing them. Evgene and his team came in and did an amazing job, kept my floors covered and leaving no mess to be cleaned. May 20th Joe and Linda visited our home to tells us all about the window options available to us. Simply product pictures and information - no pressure. We ended up ordering windows that day with complete trust in Joe, Linda and Eco Choice. The windows were ready faster than I'd expected and the company set a date for installation with us. June 30th, in sweltering heat, Robert and Kyle (both kind, professional, and efficient!) retrofitted 6 casement windows after ensuring the floors and nearby furniture were protected. To our delight, Joe stopped in to say hello and check how things were going! I was able to make payments via e-transfer though other options are available. Spencer saved the day when I sent in a payment without mentioning the quote number. He ensured that the appropriate staff applied the payment to the correct account. I cannot express fully just how smoothly the whole process went and am impressed with just how personal and caring the service was. Recommend highly! +++

I've renovated 17 properties. I've bought windows several times. Dealing with this firm was the best experience I've ever had. From the sales experience through to the installation, everyone was transparent, honest and went out of their way to ensure everything was the best it could be. They promised and they delivered. Very honorable business people in a day and time where its increasingly hard to find such traits. We also give a shout-out for clear, timely communication to the back-office team (Debra Alves, Spencer Cropper, Stephanie Di Giulio, Melissa Filardo, Nataliia Marko).Vinyl-Pro windows are CSA-approved and their triple-glazed windows are among the Natural Resources Canada most energy efficient. From start to finish, our project took ten weeks; March 23 through June 9. The two teams removed and installed 23 windows, two patio doors, and a double front door in one day. The carpenter and his assistant (Max, Ighor) came the next day and finished all their interior work. Very pleasant experience working with Eco Choice Windows. Sales rep Joe was super knowledgeable and answered all our questions with patience and understanding. He even brought a window to show us their product which was a nice touch. The installation team (the two Serges team!)was also fantastic. Serge came to measure the windows and was very meticulous with his measurements. On the day of installation, the team arrived promptly. They covered furniture in the room and worked quickly to do the installation. Afterwards the team cleaned up after themselves which was much appreciated. I also appreciated the team showing me how to open and close the windows after the installation. Thank you! Highly recommend this company, you wont be disappointed!
