We replaced the windows in our home through Eco choice a few years age. Recently, we noticed that two basement window screens had never been installed. We attempted to install them ourselves but were unsuccessful. I contacted Eco choice and spoke with Angela, who responded promptly and professionally. She arranged for Alex to visit our home and resolve the issue.I appreciate Eco choice and their team for outstanding customer service even years after the original installation.

Outstanding Workmanship and Top-Notch Professionalism – Eco Choice and Team Sergey Delivers! We recently had work done by Eco Choice Windows and Doors, and Team Sergey was absolutely fantastic. From start to finish, Team Sergey meant pure business.Their attention to detail was exceptional, and they were extremely meticulous throughout the entire process. Rather than rushing to complete the work just to get it done, Sergey took his time to ensure every single detail was handled properly. Whenever something required additional attention, he took the time to explain what they were doing and why. When an unexpected situation arose that required additional work, Sergey explained the reasoning clearly, facilitated a seamless call with the Sales team to go over the incremental cost, and ensured everything was resolved transparently. They left the place clean and tidy. Most importantly, he made sure the additional work was done perfectly the first time.If you want an installation team that takes genuine pride in their craft and respects your home, request Team Sergey! Highly recommend Eco Choice Windows and Doors.

Eco Choice Windows & Doors replaced all the windows on the front of our house, and one side washroom window (with privacy glass). All are EnergiMAX slim windows and all are casement windows except for the two large fixed windows.I am very pleased with the quality of the windows and the installation. They have surpassed my expectations. Oleh Dubil and his installation team from Eco Choice did a fantastic job. They worked carefully and were respectful of our home. They answered all questions I had during the installation. They cleaned up inside and outside and took all the old windows away. Thanks for great work!

The two Serges did an exceptional job replacing all our windows (many covered in mold as pictured) with new triple pane windows. I give them my highest recommendation. When you are searching for a company to install your windows don't go by BBB ratings alone. All companies who pay their BBB fees get an A+ rating as long as they also respond to complaints. But any complaint is a red flag.I searched dozens of other companies, many who also advertise heavily on Facebook and YouTube, before I chose Eco Choice. Most of these companies I found also had numerous complaints submitted to the BBB, one had 32 complaints in the past 3 years alone and yet still somehow had "earned" an A+ BBB rating. By comparison, Eco Choice has had zero complaints over the past 15 years. That tells you in part how professional they really are.Anyone can sell you a decent quality window. But what is hard to find are people like Serge and Serge who are truly expert installers and a great responsive owner like Gabriel. And who also happen to be very nice people. Backed up by a lifetime and transferable warranty I can't see why you would trust anyone else to install your windows.

Ordering our windows from Eco Choice was the best decision we made!Anthony was amazing at explaining the different window options and recommending a stud-to-stud replacement to get rid of the outdated, retrofitted look we had. After our original order was placed and our installation date was already scheduled, we decided to add two more windows. Anthony was incredibly understanding and worked with his supervisor to make it happen. The entire team went above and beyond to expedite the additional windows so they could be installed at the same time as our original order. We truly appreciated their flexibility and outstanding customer service!Roman and his team did an amazing job installing all seven windows in our home. They took great care to lay down protective flooring to ensure nothing was damaged as they came and went. The capping looks beautiful, and the replacement window trim looks fantastic. The attention to detail really shows! The new windows are absolutely beautiful and exactly what we ordered. We can already notice a significant difference in noise reduction with the triple-pane windows. Our home is much quieter, and we're looking forward to seeing the difference in energy efficiency during the cold winter months. We couldn't be happier with our experience with Eco Choice Windows and Doors! From the excellent customer service to the quality of the product and the professional installation, everything exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be recommending Eco Choice to anyone looking for new windows.Thank you, Anthony, Roman, and the entire Eco Choice team, for making the whole process such a positive experience!

My in-laws recently had their windows replaced by Eco Choice, and let me tell you, the experience was amazing from start to finish! We obtained five quotes to compare, and Eco Choice’s pricing was very competitive. The quality and value of the product absolutely lived up to the price. Eliot got us off to a great start. He was attentive to my in-laws’ needs, took the time to understand the project, thoroughly explained the process, and answered all our questions before getting started. Even after signing the contract, Angela and Stefanie from the office team were always available to answer our calls, address any concerns, and respond to emails promptly. Their exceptional customer service made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Lastly, Serg and his installation team were phenomenal! They demonstrated excellent attention to detail, were extremely respectful, and, most importantly, left everything spotless. They vacuumed and cleaned up all the debris before leaving, which is a level of care you don’t always find with contractors. A huge thank-you to the entire Eco Choice team for making this project such a positive and memorable experience. We couldn’t be happier with the results and would absolutely recommend Eco Choice to anyone looking for new windows!
