Prompt response to our inquiry. Tony, the salesperson, was very knowledgeable and made great recommendations. The promotion that was offered was great. The installation team was skilled, courteous and friendly. They kept the house as clean as possible and left everything as it was. We even got a visit from the owner and marketing manager. All in all a great experience. Not to mention that there is a noticeable difference in noise and temperature right off the hop.

Great work by Serg team. Courteous and efficient. Would have wished windows were installed sooner when we signed up at the end of October 2025 but understand timing didn’t work out with holidays and winter. Aside from that, windows and door look great. Joe was also great to work with.

The entire process from enquiry to completion was perfect. Joe was the sales rep. He is an outstanding, friendly individual. He doesn't oversell and never pressures you.The installation by Bogden and his right hand man, was a thing of beauty. They take their work very seriously. They prepare work area as not to make a mess and the installation itself was ideal. When they finished, we didn't have to do any vacuuming or sweeping.
