I would say I’m most entitled to give them a good review. I was one of the first group of people that brought the car to them. The staff there are very friendly and warmhearted. Took quite some time, and encountered some hiccups along the way of repair, I was very upset at the time, but Jesse and Luc are very thoughtful and kind, they helped me to have everything sorted out. They are definitely my go-to guys. This is definitely a time consuming and skilled job. And the life-time warranty is another plus. The only suggestion I would say is more careful next time. Hail Dent Pro is great! Princeton got me in right away and was receptive the entire process! They didn't charge a deductible and even got me an Uber!The repairs they did on the car is perfect, it looks better than when I bought it and they even got me a new hood! I worked with Stephen and everything went smoothly. When I dropped it off, he helped me call my insurance to make a claim, then they showed me the garage and process of how they do their work, and even paid for my uber to work before I was able to get a nice rental a few days later.
