Awesome experience & highly recommend to all! A hail storm blew through Amarillo, TX last week causing golf ball and pea size hail damage on the hood, roof, drivers side and trunk of my 2024 VW Tiguan. I bought the car brand new in October 2024 & it only has 10,00 miles as of late August 2025. I was scrolling through IG when an ad from Hail Dent Pro came up the next morning after the hail storm. I won’t lie, the promises and services provided by HDP sounded too good to be true at first. I did my fair share of research, read customer reviews, examined their website and social media outlets and even found their A+ rated business on BBB before I reached out to them. I called them a week ago & they scheduled an appt for the morning. The next morning two guys showed up to my house with a Kia Telluride for me to drive. I was hesitant and nervous at first because I was fearful it might be a scam but both gentlemen were so gracious and answered all of my questions for 5 minutes before I realized they too are legit and I handed them the keys to my VW. I was able to view the location of my Tiguan on the VW app which showed it was safely parked at in their shop. I received courtesy text messages every day on the status of my vehicle and my Tiguan was ready for pick up less than a week later. I have GEICO which moves pretty fast and pays out quickly which made the turn around time faster than most. Hail Dent Pro waived my $1,000 deductible, provided a rental car to me at no cost and so much more. When I showed up to the shop to pick up my car, they washed and detailed the inside and outside of my car. They also included a full tank of gas. My Tiguan looks brand new and shiny again thanks to Hail Dent Pro. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience! It’s encouraging to me and so many when I see that there are still good businessmen in this world in 2025. I know your business will continue to grow and thrive because you have been so good to your customers and have gone above and beyond. I’ve already referred two people to you for business. Hail Dent Pro does a fantastic job! Handed them my wife’s car and they got it back to me in about 15 days. They even detailed the vehicle and left me with a full tank of gas. I’ll be sending them my second vehicle shortly.
