Rachel was great! I have very sensitive teeth, and can barely use crest or other white strips without experiencing pain. She spent a lot of time understanding what products I’ve tried, and how my teeth responded. She would check in frequently about by sensitivity throughout the process, and do touch ups to my gums to ensure I had a pleasant and pain free experience. The chairs you sit in are very comfortable, and overall the space is extremely clean. I was sent home with a gel to continue to put on my teeth to avoid sensitivity along with care instructions.
