Wow!! What a great experience I had with Patience. She was very understanding and easy to talk to, listened to all my concerns and followed up with me after exam. I just have to say I have never met a PCP like her in my life. She is so welcoming and right away you can tell she wants to take care of you and do all she can to figure out what’s going on with you. Most NPs and MDs can make appointments feel rushed and brush your symptoms aside to make them feel small. She did not. She has a calming nature to her and goes in detail with everything. I love that. I can’t recommend her enough. I want all my family to go to her. With working alongside NPs and MDs in the past I met a lot of providers who come off as intimidating, stressed, and not there for the right reasons. She is the total opposite and what healthcare is supposed to be like.

Be aware that she is not an actual Dr so she does not have the full knowledge of one. Was told after several visits that I needed to change my care to an actual doctor instead of being told the first visit, however Patience is a nice woman and did what she could to help manage my care for the short while. The receptionist ask too many questions when trying to schedule appointments. He gets too personal and sometimes you’re waiting a while.

First time going just so I could established Patient Care Dr. Armstrong is amazing. I sat with her a whole hours and 30 mins. She was not only concerned about my health but my mental wellness as well. And I have so many Labs schedule I was like dang. When I tell you this is my Dr. from now own. Where ever she go I will be with her. I am not changing my Dr. never again.

Dr. Armstrong is an awesome doctor! She is so knowledgeable about her field and extremely easy to talk to. I came to her while I was feeling very sick and she was very gentle and caring. She was able to get me feeling back to normal quickly. I will be going back!
