I had a wonderful experience with Miller Storm Roofing. From the pre-beginning until the install date and beyond, this company has done a wonderful job. I say pre-beginning, because one day Jonathon and Gunner were inspecting a neighbor's roof when a hole was noticed in mine, which Jonathon showed me from a photo he had taken. Had it not been for these guys, I would have assumed my roof was in great condition, and would have been faced with even more damage in the future! As for the beginning, from the time Jonathon, Gunner, and I sat down to discuss the plan, these guys were knowledgeable, professional, humble, and very personable! We were able to set a plan, they then worked with me to get my insurance company on board, and later get the roof installed.Along with Jonathon and Gunner was the great correspondence with the Miller Storm office team, the roofing photos from Phil the project manager, Jesus and his wonderful roofing crew tear off and install), and Kyle and Val who returned the day after install to check for missed nails and other debris!My overall experience was top notch, but the most important part for me was how I was approached by Gunner and Jonathon. Because of their ability to meet me on a personable level with great respect for my time and concerns, I introduced them to another friend who got a new roof installed as well. In closing, I want to send a huge shout out to Jonathon for coming to my home and using his shop Vac to thoroughly clean off my screened in patio where a lot of debris had fallen from the roof tear off and install!Thank you to the entire Miller Storm team.
