From beginning to end, the customer service I received was absolutely outstanding.First and foremost, I want to recognize Alec Rodriguez. Alec was my main point of contact throughout the ENTIRE process, from the initial roof inspection to working with my USAA insurance adjuster, handling the insurance claim details, and seeing everything through to completion. He was there every step of the way, answering questions, keeping things moving, and making sure everything was taken care of. His professionalism, dedication, and willingness to go above and beyond were exceptional!Carley Foster deserves special recognition as well! Carley handled the office side of things and was absolutely wonderful to work with. She helped me navigate the insurance checks, payments, paperwork, and all those little details that can become so confusing during an insurance claim. She was patient, kind, responsive, and incredibly helpful. I absolutely LOVED working with her!And then there's Kyle! I cannot leave him out! Kyle came to my home THREE separate times to take care of smaller repairs and miscellaneous items, including my gate and mailbox. He even removed a huge water hose reel that was mounted to the side of my house! These weren't necessarily glamorous jobs, but Kyle tackled them with such a helpful attitude. I absolutely loved him, too! It's those extra touches and willingness to help that really set a company apart.Having a roof replaced while dealing with insurance paperwork can be stressful, but Alec, Carley, and Kyle made such a difference.
