After the big hail storm in March, we knew we'd need an inspection and most likely to replace our roof. When Kelvin and I first talked in my front yard, I was ready for a pushy, sales driven nuisance that wouldn't leave alone till he got a check. That's not at all what we experienced. They were very open in conversation about the process and what they provided. Along with their team, Kelvin and Daniel made a painful process easy and we're very pleased with the work they did. From start to finish our experience with Miller Storm roofing was great. Sergio Flores was very helpful, he explained every single step and had the knowledge and patience to walk us through the insurance process. They did a wonderful job, not only with our roof but also with the clean up after.

We had a hail storm hit our neighborhood in April and of course every roofing contractor hit our area like a pack of wild dogs. Promises and campaigns were flying around all over our neighborhood. I listened and I learned but one person caught my attention. Kelvin Burdiez with Miller Storm came by. He was kind, courteous, and did not pressure me to sign up now. He valued my time and was not pushy. Because of that attitude, we did allow Miller Storm to repair our roof. We were informed as to the process, time lines, cost and nothing was left for me wondering or speculate. I am pleased with this company and would recommend them to my family and friends. I don’t usually have a lot of trust when someone approaches me trying to sell me something, especially when it comes to a major home project. But for whatever reason, Kelvin left me with a really good feeling from the beginning. There was just something genuine about the way he interacted with me. I had a lot of questions throughout the process — probably more than most people — and he was always patient and willing to listen and explain things to me. Even when I was concerned or needed clarification, he never made me feel like I was being difficult. That made a big difference for me, and ultimately, Kelvin was the reason I felt comfortable moving forward with the company.I actually only found out yesterday that Kelvin is relatively new to the company. Looking back, I can see that some of his answers and reactions probably reflected someone who is still gaining experience. But honestly, knowing that now makes me appreciate his effort even more. He may not have all the experience of someone who has been doing this for years, but I could tell that he takes his job seriously, cares about doing things right, and genuinely wants to do a good job for his customers. He has a lot of enthusiasm for what he does, and that really stood out to me.Daniel was also very kind and helpful whenever he was involved, and I appreciated his willingness to answer my questions and help throughout the process.As for the roof itself, everything went smoothly and I’m very happy with how the work turned out.
