Owner is not pushy. He makes suggestions and respects your opinion. He isn't afrad to tell you that on some things it makes sense to wait when you are moving into a new home and just don't know what you want to do in some areas. The tech that came out and put up the shades we ordered was very friendly and let me know i could text him at any point if i had questions, etc.
