Mike White and the rest of his team (Gary, Marcos, and Alexis) were really amazing. After an unusual week of heavy rain I noticed water damage in our guest bathroom. Instantly started to stress about the cost and process to make sure we didn’t get mold and to repair the bathroom. After speaking to Mike I literally felt so relieved and knew I’d be taken care of. He helped with the insurance claims process and was extremely transparent with every step of the process during the water mitigation. His team was clean, organized, and polite while in my home and when they were all done he even referred me to a great contractor to handle the reconstruction. I would absolutely recommend Restoration Heroes!

I had the plesure of working with this company and especially the representative Mike. He was very professional, always on time and was prompt to answer all my question. He made himself readily available 24/7 phone and text. In addition, he was very knowledgeable and detailed about the situation and what needed to happen in order to get my home back up and running. One of the most important aspect was his eperience in communicating with the insurance company about the extend and accuracy of the damage and repair necessary. He offer to do all the communitcation and coordination with the insurance which was very helpful as I had never dealt with the situation before. I felt very confident and assure that he was going to handle the project smoothly, urgently, and swiftly. I would definitely recommend working with Mike if you get the opportunity.

We had a very large slab leak in our home. We used Restoration Heros with Kristine as our project manager. I can not say enough great things about her and the company. She coordinated every other test and permit we needed to complete the job. She answered every question even late in the evening. I would have wasted so much time trying to figure out who and what I needed.The crew that came and boxed up our furniture and the team that set up the fans and equipment were awesome. The were polite, professional and friendly. I would highly recommend them. Jaelene
