I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience with Menace and Lexi! I came in wanting to cover up a “K” on my right hand with a black widow spider, and they absolutely blew my expectations out of the water. Having had a bad cover-up experience in the past, I was definitely nervous, especially knowing how challenging hand tattoos can be. From the moment I walked in, they were incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure I loved the final result.Lexi absolutely crushed the design, and Menace brought it to life better than I could have ever imagined! The detail, placement, and way the spider flows naturally across my hand and onto my wrist are incredible. What impressed me most was the communication throughout the entire process, from the initial design and collaboration to the actual execution. I never felt rushed, and it was obvious how much pride and care they put into their work.This wasn’t just a cover-up; they completely transformed something I wanted gone with moving forward from a divorce into a piece I’m genuinely obsessed with showing off! The entire experience exceeded every expectation I had, especially considering my previous experience with cover-ups. Got my nose ring changed, The one we originally put in, didn’t look great and so they immediately had a second option for me that I absolutely loved. It was painless, and they were super kind and inviting. I would 100% go back!

I came with my friend to get belly button piercings by lexie and had a great time. she took us as walk ins and helped us out so much, she even checked out my friends piercing for free. great and clear advice and always consistently checking in with us to make sure we were doing okay. awesome experience.
