We recently had Josh from JC Air Supply replace our air conditioner after our existing unit suffered a compressor failure. Josh took the time to explain that the outdoor unit had originally been installed only around 200mm from the wall, leaving it with very poor airflow and forcing the system to work much harder than it should have.Rather than simply replacing it like-for-like, Josh assessed the room properly and recommended a correctly sized Midea system, explaining that our previous unit was actually larger than we needed. He also pointed out that the Midea already included Wi-Fi functionality, rather than trying to sell us additional equipment or features we didn't need.I really appreciated the way Josh explained everything and looked at the whole installation rather than just the immediate fault. He repositioned the outdoor unit so it now has the space and airflow it should have, and the whole job was handled professionally.Knowledgeable, straightforward and clearly interested in getting the installation right rather than just making a sale. Very happy with the result and would definitely recommend Josh and JC Air Supply.
