I would not recommend this company to anyone. I rented from them starting in April and spent over $12,000 on their cars, paying as much as $95.45 a day (plus $15 late fees if not paid by 5:30pm). Despite paying so much, the cars they gave me were unsafe and unreliable.• On two different occasions, cars shut off on me while I was driving on the interstate with Uber passengers in the car. That could have cost me and others our lives.• Multiple cars had the check engine light on, and one even smelled so strongly of gasoline that passengers canceled rides.• They use GPS tracking and kill switches, and at one point shut off the car while I had a passenger going to a heart transplant appointment.• When I attempted to turn in the car, they harassed me with threats even though I followed instructions by leaving the car parked with the keys inside.• While I was in truck driving school (behind the wheel of an 18-wheeler and unable to respond), they sent a threatening message saying: “Team if she hasn’t responded just report the car stolen and file a warrant for her.”I worked Uber day and night just to keep up with their daily fees, and instead of treating me fairly and understanding my position they took advantage of my financial hardship and medical condition.This company is predatory, unprofessional, and unsafe. They knowingly rent out dangerous vehicles, abuse the kill switch while customers are driving, and threaten legal action when you try to return their cars. I strongly warn anyone considering Autopreneur to look elsewhere.
