Best customer service ever!!!If you ever need carpets cleaned Vlad is your guy!!!! He is professional, hardworking, kind and his quotes are great. He came out and worked really hard on some deep stains I had on our light beige carpets. I wish I had some before and afters but long story short, my son got electric blue silly putty on our light beige carpet. I tried everything and could not remove it. He worked hard on it and my carpets looked brand new again! Not even a trace of where it was! I was impressed and now customer for life. You will not be disappointed if you try his services out. I am one happy and returning customer!!!!!

Vlad is so kind and responds quickly. He warned me the stains on my carpet might not come out, which was fine. He ended up getting out all the stains. He finished so quickly. Absolutely hire Izmail Carpet Cleaning.
