We have 3 sons enrolled, ages 7, 9 and 13, and have loved their experience here. The coaches are fantastic, teaching not only the sport but also emphasizing discipline and respect. We've been a part of the gym for nearly 2 years and watched our sons grow so much in strength and confidence. The staff is friendly, and atmosphere is supportive and family like. You can go occasionally for strength and recreation, or as often as you can and train for tournaments. They welcome all levels of commitment and skill. We highly recommend this gym and their programs!
