Amazing place for tacos and some mexican food. I love love how the tacos are larger than most places. I got the lunch special, which comes with rice and beans and two tacos that are plenty enough to make you full. The carne asada was the perfect choice (I think it is carne asada but correct me if it is al pastor). I later got this $9 breakfast burrito- very good at good value.

I'm a local and I LOVE Westover Taco. Not only is the food great (I love the chicken tacos best), but Westover Taco broadcasts and supports women's sports! I love that about this small business and it's wonderful to have a place in the DMV dedicated to women's sports.

We had a great experience at Westover. The atmosphere is very family-friendly, and one of the main reasons we chose this spot was because they show women's soccer games. We came to watch the Washington Spirit match, and it was great to find a place that supports and broadcasts women's sports.The service was excellent from the moment we arrived. We were welcomed with chips and salsa, which was a nice touch. The yuca with cheese was a great choice and definitely something I would recommend.I ordered the veggie taco, which was flavorful but quite spicy. If you're sensitive to heat, I would suggest asking for the sauce on the side.Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience. The place had a lively atmosphere, and even though it was quite busy, we were still able to find seats at the bar. Good food, great service, and a fun environment for soccer fans. We would definitely come back!

First I want to start off by saying the staff were wonderful every time I visited. I've came to Westover Taco about 3 times, tried different things on the menu each time. The atmosphere was also nice, I loved the open seating. Although sadly the food has not been as great. The chicken tacos are soupy and literally drip water. That is not how a chicken taco should be made. There is also a lack of seasoning throughout all food. It is quite bland and for it being a taco place I was expecting more. The burger taco was undercooked and the meat itself had no seasoning. Although, the food itself came out very quickly. I appreciate the service. I don't think I will come again, unless it is for nachos which I think are amazing.
