By the time I reached out to Erik and his crew over at City first I had already been through the ringer with two other lenders who weren't very helpful or patient with the first time home buyer. I went to city first to discuss USDA loans and got the pleasure to speak to Erik and all I can say is he is amazing and explained things to me in human language and gave me examples of how the process works. I am in the beginning stages with them as I just applied for the loan a little less than a week ago and I'm still waiting for them to process my paperwork so I'm not really far into the process to say anything more at this point, there will be more to come as we work further into getting me qualified for a loan but I would say at this point he has been very informative very patient and I definitely feel like my confidence level is up.they seem very honest and forthright and I look forward to working with them and hopefully using them as my lender Less
