Great daycare for my son! He seems to learn something new everyday and loves having a routine. I love that they send lots of photos so we get to see what he is doing all day. Other great benefits: open year-round with only a few closures on major holidays, meals included with my child’s tuition, flexible pick-up/drop-off times during open hours, and parents night out events!

My daughter has attended Windhaven for two years and she has absolutely thrived during her time there! The teachers have been so nurturing and have shown their passion for working with young children. They’ve also been so helpful with potty training and by getting our picky eater to try out amazing meals. Highly recommend if you are seeking a safe, affordable, and nurturing environment!

After over a year of being with Windhaven Academy, I MUST give flowers where they are due. It has been the best 2nd home for our daughters. Parent to parent, I highly recommend checking them out and you’ll likely be as impressed as we were.Our oldest daughter graduated from their Pre-K program and was extremely prepared for her kindergarten curriculum. Our youngest daughter started at 10 months old and is still thriving through each class. Every teacher she’s had has been so patient and kind, especially when it comes to comforting her at drop off. Sometimes I haven’t even left the parking lot before they’ll send me a smiling pic, reassuring me all is well! Communication is always prompt and thoughtful, and the live updates from the app give me peace of mind during my workday.As a bonus, they also have many special enrichment programs for the children including the cutest weekly music class and a summer splash pad.Assia, the owner, and all her staff do such a wonderful job building this warm community for our families and I highly recommend their exceptional care for your little ones.

I’ve had my child enrolled at Windhaven since January 2024. We love it here and my child genuinely loves being here. I can work my 9-5 with complete confidence that my child is well taken care of. Can’t recommend them more enough.

My daughter loves it here, the teachers she has are the best. Even after we leave a teacher, Ms Kennedy, is still involved and awesome to my daughter. Her current teachers Mrs. Izzy and Ms Emma are so good with the kids and teach them things with meaning and purpose.

Our child has been attending Winhaven Academy for about four months. As our first child in daycare, we were very apprehensive, and it took a very big leap of faith and trust to allow others to care for our baby. We have been very pleased with the facility and the staff. The admin team really goes out of their way to ensure you feel comfortable and your child is cared for. Her teachers have been great And really treat her with a lot of love and care which is all I can ask for. I feel comfortable knowing that she is safe. Some things that were game changers for us: they incorporate as much outside-time as they can and for days that the weather does not allow, they have alternative space for the kids to get their “sillies” out. Our daughter has dietary restrictions and she never feels left out during meal and snack time and is always provided with an alternative that fits her requirements. They come home with “projects” that they do at school and we cherish every single one. The facility is kept very clean at all times. And lastly, we look for the photo and video updates throughout the day. Overall, I would highly recommend Winhaven Academy if you are looking for a daycare for your little one :)

Updated December 2025:We continue to love this school, the teachers, and the Windhaven community.Our older son absolutely loves Ms. Izzy and Ms. Emma’s class. He is learning a lot, genuinely enjoys school, and has become very social. The engaging curriculum and supportive classroom environment have helped him open up, and it’s been wonderful to see how excited he is to go to school each day.Our younger son truly loves Ms. Kennedy’s class and is always happy to go to school. It’s clear how much she cares about him and how thoughtfully she supports his needs. He loves the engaging curriculum and has really opened up. There’s structured time, outdoor time, and free play every day. He especially loves show and tell on Fridays!My younger son loves Ms. Bailey and Ms. Cassandra’s class. He is so happy going in every day. I’m so impressed with how they are able to bring so much organization to a class of 1.5-2 year olds. Every time we walk in, the toddlers are calmly engaged in activities. Ms. Bailey and Ms. Cassandra bring so much love into the classroom every day. They’ve also very kindly and patiently worked with us to meet our son’s needs.Thank you Windhaven staff for making our sons feel so loved and secure every day.Previous review:This school is amazing. The staff is warm, competent, and attentive. They offer a safe and stimulating environment for the children.My older child adores Ms. Sarah and Ms. Summer’s class. They teach them new skills and concepts every day. Moreover, they encourage them to express themselves and interact with their peers.My younger child is well taken care of by Ms. Djamila and Ms Liya. They make sure the children are fed, regularly changed, and comfortable. They also sing, read, and play with them to help them grow. Ms. Djamila and Liya are miracle workers. We thought our youngest starting at daycare for the first time at age 1 was going to be a difficult transition. However, they have total control of the classroom and so much love for the toddlers that everything went smoothly.Ashton and Taryn are the floaters who watch our younger one, they love the kids and are always cheerful and helpful.I highly recommend this school to anyone who is looking for a quality childcare service. They have exceeded our expectations and we are grateful for their hard work.
