I had to call them several times to get updates on my car and they eventually told me my car was not drivable due to some issues with my brakes/calipers. I didn’t believe them as my brakes were fine when I brought my car to them and I recently had my car in the shop for an issue with my sunroof and the dealership didn’t mention I had any brake issue after a 360 inspection. I go to pick up my car after work from Southern Motorworks and attempt to drive it home but didn’t make it. I had it to get it towed due to some sort of brake issue. I tried to talk about my disappointments with Southern Motorworks with Jimmy but he kept brushing me off. It’s been over a week now and I am still without a car. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy. Less

I got my vehicle back. 🙌🏽 I took my vehicle to Walmart for a simple 🛢oil change & tire rotation. 🛞 Less than 7 miles down the interstate from the Walmart Auto Center - my oil light came on & my vehicle slowly drifted to a stop. ✋🛑 It was determined, the Walmart employee, failed to tighten the bolt on the bottom. 🤦🏽‍♀️ The oil leaked out, which Caused my new engine to seize. I had my vehicle 🛻towed back to Southern Motor Works, where I KNEW my vehicle was in 🤚🏾good hands 🤚🏾 They always make the right decision. Diagnostics ON POINT. They LISTEN 👂 to your concerns. After receiving there trusted service, I will NEVER rely on another auto shop to conduct repairs-minor or major.
