Jack is a knowledgeable electrician, recommended by a friend who knew his work. He quickly diagnosed our problem and fixed it. We thought it would be an expensive hot water heater replacement. But Jack correctly identified it as a wiring problem and the cost was reduced by about 50%. Jack was also happy to come late in the afternoon when the Telstra service broke down. Overall great professional service and a pleasant work approach.

Jack was a pleasure to deal with from the get-go. Eager to fit us into his busy schedule, he offered to come help us that very afternoon. Unfortunately that did not suit us, but two days later Jack started on our job arriving on time and ready to go (outdoor power point, install exterior lights & replace old garage fluoros with some nice LED units that look amazing). Thoroughly professional and efficient, he provided a high level of communication throughout the job to let me know how he was progressing. Can’t recommend Jack highly enough and he will definitely be at the top of my list next time I need an electrician. Thanks Jack!!!
