Wonderful experience. I called last minute looking for a plumber. Keith answered his phone on the second ring and was able to send his guys out the very next morning to resolve our plumbing issue. Keith and his team are amazing. First of all he answered the phone on July 4, responded and came over to 30A in 15 minutes and due to multiple problems returned late in the evening again. I had called other plumbing vendors and no one answered the phone on July 4. Some had answering services and they started calling back the following day which was late considering that we had emergengy flooding inside. Keith and his group are out of this world, I thought I would never get the quality and fast service I receiced from Keith and his crew.

I called Beach Bay & 30A Plumbing mid-afternoon on a Thursday as I had just arrived at our vacation home in PCB and noticed I had water all over the kitchen floor from a leaking waterheater. Keith answered my call and I was surprised that an actual human answered. He was able to be at my home in under 45 mins from our call. Keith took a look at my situation, got some information from me and sent me a propsal later that afternoon. I thought the estimate was a fair and complete and I accepted it. Much to my surprise Keith contacted me around 9:30 the next morning to say that he could come by later that morning to replace the water heater as he had to make some last min changes to his schedule that day due to the incoming storms. Keith and his apprentice Conner worked together very well and had my water heater swapped up and running in less than 2 hours. I'm overly impressed as I was expecting to have to come back down from south metro Atlanta within a week or so to meet him at the house for the swapout once he had an opening in his schedule. Keith is my neighbor and saw his work van while I was on a walk. I was taking a break from attempting to remove my moen shower cartridge for the guest bathroom. Scared I was going to make a cartridge replacement a whole bathroom remodel.I called Keith. He was so nice and professional from the start. He was by the pool enjoying his Saturday and came over in less than 10 minutes to help as a neighbor. Not a business owner, but a true neighbor and friend.After honestly a joyful/fun time of learning and removing this cartridge, Keith had a replacement in his truck.
