He’s always very responsive and gave good feedback on my initial ideas. His work is excellent, he and his team are respectful and friendly (our dogs loved them!), he’s easy to get in touch with, and he even continued to answer some of our electrical questions after he’d finished the job. I can’t thank Darwin enough for guiding me to reset a circuit breaker that had tripped and disabled my microwave oven. I am clueless about electrical matters. He responded right away to my phone call, immediately detected the problem, and offered a solution over a phone call and via FaceTime. However when he started getting into the house and wiring, he noticed several things that were outdated and made recommendations for both safety and aesthetics (grounding outlets and light switches, changing switches from rockers to gliders, moving around the order of switches on a switch plate to make it more intuitive).I am very pleased with how everything turned out and highly recommend Darwin. He installed recessed lights, rewired my thermostat, dealt with electrical for two knocked down walls, and rewired wires that were incorrectly wired. He spotted problems and did a complete job. Highly recommend!!! I’ve used Darwin for every electrical project ranging from a simple electrical box to grounding/wiring our pool including replacing the entire electrical panel and bringing it to GFCI code. He does it all. Darwin is in the know and up to date on all safety regulations/code which makes me feel extremely safe - especially when it came to the pool. The electrical panel was too close to the pool and he moved the entire system. One of the things I really appreciate about Darwin is that he takes the time to explain what needs to be done, why it needs to done and how he’ll do it so you understand and feel comfortable about the job. He checks in with the town and documents everything he did so there are no worries about fines/violations - things you wouldn't even think of. He is professional, honest, reliable, thorough, responsive, competent, fair, pleasant, neat and always on time. And that’s just to name a few. He’s genuine and sincerely cares about his work and his customers and he always calls and texts as a follow up to see how the install is and if there are any issues.
