Darwin’s quality of work and the sincerity with which he does it is fantastic. Darwin has done numerous jobs over the years. Most recently he installed a very heavy chandelier in the foyer. He took incredible care to ensure it was safely installed, taking precautions beyond what was advised by the manufacturer. I trust Darwin to do a great job while being cost conscious.

When you call you get an AI voice bot to take information down. We called with an urgent request (our heater is broken in December!) and asked to speak to a human and you can’t. When you ask for an urgent line it gives you the same phone number. When we gave our name and info it kept asking “is there anything else you want me to know” and we kept sharing relevant stuff like the problem, where the problem is in our home, the address and at some point the AI voice bot just hung up on us. No idea if they took down our information or if they will call us back. We called at 4 pm on a Wednesday so normal business hours.

Darwin came recommended by a family member. He installed new recessed outdoor lighting on my front porch and added an exterior receptacle. He was responsive, punctual, and professional throughout. The work looks excellent, and he managed to do it without leaving a mark on any existing walls or ceilings. He even cleaned up some questionable wiring left behind by a previous owner for free, leaving things safer than before. I’ll definitely be calling Darwin for future projects and will be recommending him to friends and family.
