I was looking for an early workout class—and I found exactly what I needed! A friend introduced me to Fight Fitness, and I’ve loved it ever since. I usually come to the 6 AM, 9:30, 12:00 or 6:30pm classes with Coach Rachelle, Kiana, Nelly, Mark, Kyle, Oscar and Seansuch an amazing team! The energy is always high, and they really push you to your limits in the best way possible.I’ve even brought my sister along, and she loved it too! She tried Coach Christopher’s “Only PADS” class on Saturday and thought it was amazing. The only downside is that I often have to work Saturdays, but whenever I can, I’ll definitely be there for more of those classes!No matter which time I come—early morning or afternoon—the coaches are always welcoming, motivating, and make the classes so much fun. I highly recommend Fight Fitness if you’re looking for an energetic, supportive, and challenging workout experience!
