Follow up on january 2026....still no word from Alex and no monies returned. My next complaint is to the BBB.I even gave you gift for your nephew.I gave Alex 300.00 cash even though he quoted me 275 to wash, wax, and clean my white pickup truck inside as well maybe 2 months ago. He came one day and cleaned inside and said he would come back to wash wax and clean my truck and tires. He never came back after promising to do so several times. Then he said he would send me some money back and he never did. I gave him so many opportunities to make it right. I am a widow on fixed income. It's not right what he did. I have all the text messages to prove my case. You took advantage of me because you know I'm a widow.

Alex from HotHeads Mobile Detailing did an OUTSTANDING job on my wife's Chrysler 300 and my Cadillac XTS. We were both extremely pleased with the outcome. He made a suggestion to have a paint correction done on one of the vehicles and that's exactly what we're gonna do. Professional and courteous throughout. I highly recommend HotHeads for any detailing job!!!

I hired Alex to detail and polish my 33 Renegade boat above the rubrail. He cleaned the inside of the boat and said he would come back and do the polishing the following Wednesday. On Wednesday he no showed and didn't call or text. On Thursday I texted him and asked if he was going to finish the job. He said he would come on Friday. Again, no call, no show. I texted him again and he said he would do it Monday and again no call, no show. I would not recommend this guy. From the reviews he's done this before.

Alex did an excellent job on my truck. He arrived on time and took his time to be certain my truck looked great inside and out. He takes pride in his work and it shows. I highly recommend.
