I booked my appointment by phone on Saturday for Tuesday morning 9:30a, then on the morning of I find out they canceled my appointment and after calling several times to get an understanding why my appointment was canceled they told me they had a glitch with their system and would still send someone out to detail my car at the appointment time. I waited until the appointment time, no one showed up and they're not answering the phone when I call or responding to my text messages. Save your time and money and book with another more PROFESSIONAL company.

The guy showed up late to the appointment and did a ok job. We had set up a second appointment for him to come out and do a more in depth detail to which he never showed up and ignored my text. Not impressed

I wish I could give fewer stars. I booked a mobile detail for my boat at a advertised 50% off ($225) and scheduled for 10:00 AM. He texted at 10:13 saying he was running late and gave an ETA of 11:30–12:00. At 11:30 he asked for my address again — even though I’d already provided it when we booked. He finally showed up around 12:30, looked at the boat, quoted $400, and said he had to reschedule because he was running late. I explained I was out of town for work and needed better notice.We rescheduled for 5/18. He arrived, started texting that it would take longer and might cost more. I told him to proceed. After that, communication stopped. On 5/19 I called five times; he texted around noon saying he’d call back. He then claimed he’d only done a quick exterior buff “for free” and would send another company to finish, and that the price wouldn’t change. I returned later that day — nothing had been done.This was extremely unprofessional and inconvenient. Do not call this guy.

Schedule Alex to do a wash, machine polish and wax of my Key West 230BR boat, I even pre-pressure washed, cleaned out all the storage boxes and scrubbed the boat to cut down on his time he would have to spend cleaning the boat, because he quoted me $525 and I thought that was a hell of a price. He arrived the 1st day @ 08:45 A.M and told me that it was going to take 2 days, not happy but ok I was good with that news. He stated that the outside hull of the boat needed a 1 step polish and the top side would need a 2 step and would take longer. He completed the outside in 5 hours on Thursday and scheduled for him to come back the the following Tuesday. On Monday I sent him a text to confirm and he stated and he stated "Yes sir"! Boat was parked in front of my house (HOA neighborhood) risking a fine all day for me to get off work and home by 1730 to see that no work was done on the boat. No call or text from Alex( see screen shot). He did great work out the outside of the boat but his customer service with communication sucks. To this day Alex had not called back to follow-up. He wanted half the cost he quoted and I gave him a lil more than half. Last time I give a small business like this my time and money. Good luck buddy in the future.

I hired Hotheads Mobile Detailing to detail my boat. The original appointment was canceled because Alex said his son was sick, which I completely understood, and we rescheduled for the following week.The morning of the new appointment, I confirmed he was coming. That’s when he told me the job had been quoted incorrectly but said he would “do the best he could” for that price. I had already given a detailed scope of work directly to him from the beginning, so that was concerning. I told him if he couldn’t do the job properly for that price, I’d rather he not do it at all.Later that day, I followed up to check on progress and got no response. I ended up driving to the marina, and he never showed. I reached out again and still got no response.Very disappointing experience. Poor communication, missed appointment, and pricing confusion. I would not recommend.

Follow up on january 2026....still no word from Alex and no monies returned. My next complaint is to the BBB.I even gave you gift for your nephew.I gave Alex 300.00 cash even though he quoted me 275 to wash, wax, and clean my white pickup truck inside as well maybe 2 months ago. He came one day and cleaned inside and said he would come back to wash wax and clean my truck and tires. He never came back after promising to do so several times. Then he said he would send me some money back and he never did. I gave him so many opportunities to make it right. I am a widow on fixed income. It's not right what he did. I have all the text messages to prove my case. You took advantage of me because you know I'm a widow.
