From the first engagement to post-installation training on using the system monitoring app, the entire process was smooth and impeccable. Communication at every stage was clear and transparent. On the installation day, the team arrived on time, was courteous, and removed all rubbish. The work was done right the first time and per specifications. Craig's team did excellent job. He made sure all the questions were answered in addition to top notch installation. No any shortcuts taken, very professional. Craig even offered to collect spare tiles for me as I struggled to find back up tiles for the roof. That is next level customer service beyond and above expectations. On the installation day Craig drove all the way here to Goulburn to make sure everything is done right. Mick's installation team did great job, going extra mile and working long hours with some unexpected work to make sure everything works well. I highly recommend Craig's services to make sure your solar system performs up to its potential. It's worth every dollar to make sure the installation is done well. Like a lot of business, I was put in touch with Craig at Solarrun through a neighbour. Craig responded to my chat with my neighbour extremely quickly. It may have even been the same day that I mentioned I may be interested in some more solar. We had a chat at my house and I showed Craig the roofing areas and the existing solar system. We decided that it was cheapest for me to add a new system to increase the power input to my small 4KW system. That night I received a quote for a new 6KW system, which I accepted. I was extremely lucky and the guys were able to install the system that week. I thought wow, I’m saving money quicker than I thought I would. The installation team turned up and reviewed my roof space, and said instead of the planned installation, I would be better off if the panels on one of roofs were rotated and then I could get more efficiency from my installation. The downside was they need more parts for that type of install. So they arranged for more parts to be delivered and arranged a date for installation the following week. I was really grateful that the installation team had managed to create a more efficient design that could be envisaged from the satellite photography used in the original quote. When they came and did the installation, one of my roofs would cause some shading on some panels in the winter and late evening. This would affect the efficiency of the other panels on another roof, which had the same aspect. They said they would fit some devices to these panels to prevent this from happening. I thought this is where they sting me for money, but wait, they added these devices for free. I could not believe it, these installers were looking after by best interests and not their profit. I have had no need for any contact since the install, everything has been fine, I’ve had a couple of phone calls though to check up to see if everything is OK. I have even seen Chris in the area and he has asked me how my solar is going. Great service in getting me a quote quickly, getting my solar fitted quickly and redesigning my system based upon information from the installers. I cannot recommend them more highly, this business is outstanding.

Craig was communicative throughout the process. His installer Mick and team were efficient and quick and cleaned up everything as if they had not been there. The system has done all that Craig promised and more My first two bills were in credit as he promised - He advised to use the sun power all black panels on our roof- I’m glad we listened to him- they look exceptional , modern and classy - my neighbours are in envy - how good they look and how well they perform.
