I have popcorn ceiling which a homeowner has no business repainting when needed. My home is 30 years old next month and clearly the ceiling has never been painted since. Last year my roof leaked needing replacement and I had no choice but to have my ceilings painted due to the water stain damage. I had no clue where to begin but just did searches and left my number. I received many responses but luckily it was a call from Vilson, owner of North Royal Construction that I wanted to do the job. Vilson is extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, took time answering all my questions. The first day he prepped, covering every inch of furniture, etc. and covered the floors, painting was begun the following morning and finished late afternoon. My ceiling looks exceptional and I could not be any happier. His pricing is very fair and he's very professional, you will not go wrong.

I had North Royal construction out to repair my chimney. They did an excellent job, and I would recommend them and use them for future projects. Even after excess damage was found they worked with me on pricing on the additional work that would be not done.

Great company, they were involved from start to finish. There were no surprises. Everything was top quality, I would recommend to all. Vilson made sure everything was professional and the best quality one could ask for. They also did a multi platform deck for my brother. Thank you North Royal Construction LLC.

I just wanted to say that as a widow, I needed some work done and just kind of googled some names interviewed a few people got quotes, and When Vilson Came to my house we sat down and talked and he asked me questions about my house. How long I’d live there and just personal things that made me know that he cared about doing a good job for me. I hired him on the spot. His quote was comparable to two others that I had gotten, but I just felt that he was a great human being and that we would work well together and we did he was on time he helped me pick out the exact color that I wanted my house painted. It was brick and not everyone will do that. He came out when he said he would worked all day long hours upon hours came back the next day finished up cleaned up. No one would even know he was there and did a fabulous job. I have the prettiest house in the neighborhood thanks to him. I highly highly recommend him. He is professional, pleasant, trustworthy, and a wonderful human being.

I hired North Royal construction to paint my house right before I moved to in. They were extremely professional. Attention to detail was fantastic and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I plan to hire them again for additional home projects in the near future. I Would highly recommend.
