5 stars seems too low for this place. 😄This place has offered me everything I could ask for in training. The communication is fast, and if you want to try this place out, they make it lightning. The community is very positive, everyone is very welcoming and sweet, including staff. The staff seem to be passionate about what they do, and they really train you to your best, and unleash the athlete in you!This place shown me confidence, perseverance, discipline, and hope.HIGHLY recommend. 😊

Redline is great! The coaches are awesome and we have seen significant progress in our twin 9 year old sons overall athleticism and strength! They also have so much fun :)

My son started going to Redline (Woodbury location) over three years ago. We have been happy with his physical and mental results. His confidence has really grown over the years. He does pitching and hitting sessions there. He likes the one on one attention. We have been happy with the communication whenever I call, email or text. It doesn’t matter if your child is an athlete, I highly recommend having them workout. You will see them grow physically, mentally and their self esteem will improve.

My son loves the youth performance classes. Communication, flexibility and ease of the app have been awesome. Great spot to get your youth athlete motivated!

Everyone is super helpful, motivating, & knowledgeable!! We’ve had the best experience so far and can’t wait to keep going. The whole family attends, my kids go off and do their thing and I go do mine in the adult classes. They go to get better for soccer but honestly any Child could attend these classes regardless if they are in a sport or not. For the adult classes they really get to know you & personalize your workout to your goals. Perfect place for us, I can’t wait to keep going and see what results we can get as a family!!

I’ve been going to Redline for almost 1 year. The adult program is the perfect fit for me. Trainers are great and accommodating to my level. I highly recommend it if you are looking to up your level.
