We are currently in a rental situation due to a house fire at our home. I requested for a carpet repair service. I had cut away a small section of carpet (about 3 ft x 4 inches) from my loft area when we had to remodel the area. We thought we were going to place hardwood in the area but due to work, time, and expense constraints, we decided to leave the carpet. But now I have a small void in the area. So I patched as best as I could and even rented carpet repair kit from Home Depot. But it still bugged me. So Crystal Carpet Care came to the rescue. But when Mo came, he looked at the area and said that it was the best repair anyone could have done. The patch would always look like that because of the differing level of use and wear on the carpet. He informed me that he would hate to charge me for work that they could practically not improve on. And I really really appreciated his honesty. It truly goes a long way. I hired them to dye few relatively large bleach stains in our bedroom carpet. The whole job, from the initial email to get a quote till finishing the work, all was done flawlessly! Communication over emails was efficient and easy, with prompts replies. The estimated cost I got over email was accurate. On the work day, they came on time, with a curtesy call an hour before they arrived. When the technician saw the bleach stains he was clear about the process and the expected outcome, and the results were even better than what I expected.
