Mo was our technician, and he was professional & friendly! He did amazing work to remove six very bad stains from where our dog fell ill. He was able to get all the vomit up, which was incredible due to the color of the stains. He left our carpet looking brand new. Work was quick & payment was fair. Would hire again definitely

Mo was fantastic from day one. On time very personable. Understood my carpet situation. Make a plan to come back in a week to fix it and 5he price was right. Those maning the office was equally as nice and very friendly. Mo came back and as he had previously explained how he would fix my carpet, he did just that. Right before my eyes wrinkles all disappeared almost like magic. Great job great price wirh an 18 month warranty, no questions asked? Would I use or recommend them , you better I would, in a heart beat!!!Mo and Crystal carpet, you ROCK
