Dr. Holly Sanders is an exceptional physical therapist. Her depth of knowledge is evident in every session, and she always takes the time to clearly explain what we’re doing and how it directly relates to improving my neck tightness which will hopefully and ultimately address my chronic headaches. She always provides a picture and description of the exercises she prescribes for me so that when I leave my session I feel prepared for my “homework.” I never feel rushed—she is fully committed to each appointment and makes sure we complete everything needed for that session. Her communication via text messages is a great way to notify me of my appointments, following up with me on my latest session, and providing the latest information in the world of PT. I also appreciate that she stays current with the latest treatment methods, including Stem Wave Therapy, which has been a valuable part of the process toward my recovery. I have been seeing Holly for neck & wrist pain as well as tingling in my arms. I regularly have chiropractic work & massage which keeps me going but I have actual improvement since doing PT & Stemwave. My range of movement has improved, pain has lessened and tingling has diminished. I’m very impressed with the Stemwave. I noticed range of motion improvement after 4 sessions and less tingling. I have had PT before but one on one sessions with are much more accurate and accountable. She doesn’t let me slack and has corrected imprecise movements. I have had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Holly Sanders during the past few years. First, I had severe lower back pain. During my initial consultation, Dr. Sanders listened to my concerns and developed a therapy program that would reduce my discomfort. From there, Dr. Sanders worked with me to decrease my pain and improve my range of motion. She provided me print-outs of all of the exercises so I could continue my work at home. My back has been pain free for over a year now!Recently, I injured my rotator cuff. Without hesitation, I met with Dr. Sanders, and she recommended StemWave treatment. I've had 4-5 treatments and the results have been positive ... less pain, increased strength and mobility. Don’t go anywhere else for PT! Dr Holly is NOT the corporate model where they don’t examine you and have 3 other patients doing the exact same exercises. She does a thorough assessment and checks in every session. This is truly individual care. I’m seeing her because I went to a corporate practice for a minor annoyance and came out with sciatica that has been resistant for over 6 weeks. Don’t make the same mistake I did! See Dr Holly from the start so she doesn’t have to fix someone else’s complications.

I had stemwave therapy for my plantar fascitis. Doc Sanders did a great job of explaining the process. Afterwards, while on vacation I walked the boardwalk end to end (total 5 miles) four times and walked the beach every day without pain! Dr Sanders cares, takes her time to hear and understand your issues and create a plan and executes the plan. She was also willing to adjust it during the process. My issues included a torn rotator cuff and lower back and hips problems. My pain level has dropped from a 7/9 to a 2 and flexibility has increased tremendously. The best recommendation I can offer is that I would confidently recommend Dr Sanders talents to my mom.

Holly is the best physical therapist. She is so knowledgeable and experienced and communicates well about the physical therapy she is offering and the reasons for a well thought out pt plan. One might add that part of those communication skills, includes Holly’s super ability to listen to what her client is saying. And so Right on target, she diagnoses and she remedies with exercises that help build strength or whatever needed in order to overcome disabilities and pain. I basically crawled into Dr. Holly's office. My knee pain was keeping me from playing golf and I was very concerned about going on vacation with my wife. I am now walking the course again and did a rigorous two and a half weeks touring with the wife. I highly recommend the treatment.

I have received Stemwave Treatments from Holly for my lower back, knees and shoulder. I have had excellent results. I am 70 years old and kind of a pickleball addict and these treatments allow me to continue playing. I was recommended to Holly from a friend who is an MD and fellow pickleball nut. The treatments are pain free and provide benefits within a few days. After 2 or 3 sessions the knees, shoulder and back are pain free and it seems to last for some time. I am sure I will continue this treatment as I further abuse my decrepit body hahaha!

After following Holly’s treatment plan, as well as a couple additional sessions, I had a very marked reduction in pain. I noticed both immediately following each stem wave treatment, as well as over a period of time, that the pain was not an overwhelming feature of my movement in everyday activities and athletic activities. My experience with this therapy was successful , and I felt well supported having it administered by Holly, a gifted and smart Physical Therapist who had helped me tremendously for past injuries .I expect to continue occasional treatments in the future for flare ups of joint and spine pain.
