Was an amazing experience until the the last night, couldn’t even get water, I guess because I was already discharged I don’t get the courtesy anymore. What a disappointment. Don’t get me wrong, up until 7pm on the last day it was great. The tap water is nasty and the nurse said she would bring it as soon as she could that was at 8:14pm. It is 9:23 and I gotta be up at 4 am for my ride to the airport, need food to take my meds and I can’t make what I have (mashed taters) because no water, was gonna pay $3 for one at the vending machine but it’s out. I even paid with a $25,000 cashiers check maybe that’s why. Not really sure . Frustrated and feeling bad.

I had all on 4 implanted on both top and bottom in December of 2024. I paid just under 16k. I was given an extra discount because I scheduled my procedure on Christmas Eve. Although I only paid for all on 4 they decided to put in six posts on both my top and bottom arch. They did this free of charge. When the teeth were attached we learned that one of the top posts failed to take. It was decided to remove the inept post, leaving me with all on 5 on the top. I was grateful that they had the foresight to add the extra posts initially.The top arch is solidly attached and I can hardly tell the difference between them verses when I had my real teeth.My bottom arch has slightly loosened. I can move them about 1/16 of an inch up and down. The movement hasn’t affected my eating but I have a hard time not messing with it. The gap has allowed extra small pieces of food to lodge underneath the implants meaning that it’s a little bit harder to remove than it is when the arch is correctly connected. In this condition they still work 1000 times better than dentures. I hope to find time to take a trip to Vegas so that I can have the issue with the bottom arch addressed.I give Bionic Smile a 10/10 as the complete experience was better than I had expected. I always refer people to Bionic Smile when the conversation goes to the best place to get implants. They are affordable and offer a top notch product. You won’t be disappointed if you choose to go with Bionic Smile.

Contacted Bionic Smile about getting my lower arch done. Spoke to representative and paid the 350 fee. at first it started off On the wrong foot, but I just wanna say that the owner of Bionic Smile Himself took the time out of his day to contact me and speak with me directly about my concerns and issues. I was having. not only did he fix the situation, but he went above and beyond any company that I have ever seen .amazing customer service by the owner, can you reassured me what I needed to get done and how much it was gonna cost and Gave me a clear view Of the entire process, everybody that would be involved and reassured me that I would have the absolute best experience possible. I can’t wait to post pictures of the final results so everybody can see what amazing work they do please don’t let the 350 fee discourage you from investing in yourself.

So I can't even begin to tell people how life changing this week has really truly been.This wasn’t a cosmetic decision at all but rather this was years of putting myself last finally catching up with me and something needing to be done once and for all.I've had poor teeth all my life and not just because of "not being taken care of"... They were soft, never came in right and even after braces didn't hold straight. Eventually, you give up and they start to break. Pain, wear, neglect… life. And at some point you either keep managing it… or you fix it.So I started researching a few years ago, knowing this day was going to be here whether I wanted it or not. I looked at places such as Costa Rica, Turkey and Mexico with prices coming in for around the same price I could go to Bionic Smile in Las Vegas for. So I got on a plane to Las Vegas and took a gamble.I haven't stopped smiling yet!I can't even begin to list the names of every single person who was in direct, personal care of me. Driver's, techs, nurses, case managers, doctors and more. I swear I had no less than 20+ people working with me through this whole process. If you are ready for a simple but awesome experience let the driver Ronaldo take you to see Mrs. Lindsey in the front office, have Dr. Wills take care of the surgery great follow up with Dr. Patric and Ms. Audry the assistant and then you will see what I am talking about. I almost signed with the other company and I don’t have a single regret but not doing it sooner. They are what you call a 100 out of 10 that’s how awesome they are. Warning. These people are scammers. They want a nonrefundable deposit of $350 for a consultation. They will try to sell you on their promotion and push you to pay the deposit even when knowing they cant get you in before the promotion deadline. I tried to fully prepay for the procedure so we could schedule now while waiting on receiving the enhanced liscense to fly. They will not allow it. They clearly are in the business of taking deposits and occasionally doing implants.

This was a huge decision and well worth it. The Dr's and experience was all in all good. There were a few hiccups along the way but tge medical team was amazing. The original liaison was not Brielle was difficult and rude from the start after several uncomfortable conversations were her, I was move to the CS manager Sahra(?). She was amazing. Only exam day I was helped by Helena who was very nice at first. Something happened with my pre-approval and it appeared on their end as decided so we called the lender. Helena attitude immediately changed. The lender said it showed approved on their end and IT would fix it. Helena in haste had my contact a relative to cosign. This turned out to not be a cosigner, rather the loan owner. Luckily the finance company called just before my relative signed and it was covered by me. The surgery went well, again the medical staff was amazing. Upon returning home, Helena stated I still owed 75.00. Without delay I squared it up with her. I then asked for her if she could fill out a return to work form. She was initially responsive. She couldn't open the forwarded email attachment and I immediately sent another one linked properly. I asked if she was able to open it.... No reply.. The following day Friday, I again asked in which she rudely told me she doesn't work Fridays (I didnt know her schedule) and that someone else (her boss) would fill it out for me. I didnt receive it or any feedback Friday. Now knowing she was off and Sunday was Easter, I did not send further requests. Sunday morning Helena sent an email stating they were working on Easter Sunday, so I sent a couple requests to get the paperwork returned. I heard nothing all day. Monday morning I received another short email from Helena stating that her boss filled it out and contacted me. I informed her I was not contacted to which I got no reply. Then on Tueday, I got a message from Helena, stating she watched her boss fill it out but she sent to the wrong person. No apology, no admission of being wrong. About 6 hours later I received the paperwork from her boss with an explanation of it was stuck in her outbox. The reception and intake portion of thus company is terrible and kinda left a bad taste in my mouth. There are limitations (undisclosed) that prevented me from returning to work as planned and I informed them of my plans. I also asked when setting this up, if Id need narcotics (had a previous issue with them and avoid them) I was assured no narcotics. Upon getting my prescription the pharmacist told me I 100% need them based on level of pain (he was right). Dont think this is a walk in the park, if you're having many teeth removed, its gonna hurt A lot. 100% worth it. The Dr's, transportation and caretakers get an 11. The intake and initial sales person get a -5.

2 Year update! "April 2nd 2026"I can not express the joy and confidence that I now experienceHi, my name is Dennis Nelson. I am from Seattle Washington and flew down to Las Vegas on March 10th 2024 and started my procedure with Bionic Smile on March 11 2024 at 7 am.My story is this, I am 57 years old and in 1970 I was in a car accident and then in a coma for a month, pumped up with drugs, and then diagnosed as hyperactive. With that being said they put me on a medication called Dexidream, a form of speed that I took from 5 til I was 11. This caused my teeth to not properly grow strong. My mother had spent thousands of dollars on my dental care as a youth and I brushed and flossed all the time. Well over the last 15 years my teeth have just crumbled away.I looked into dentures, and did not like that dentures will prevent you from getting the full taste the food that you are eating.So 2 years ago I started researching implants and cost. Locally in Seattle we have Clear Choice and there cost for my procedure would have ran $49k out of pocket and I almost jumped on that one. I also looked into going out of country. Mexico looked good up till I found out that no facility in the USA would work on my mouth if I had the procedure done down there, I also found that there were other hidden cost when having the work done in Mexico.Fast forward to December 2023 January 2024, My sister came across a post on Facebook or tiktok and sent me the link. I made the call and was later put in contact with Shay. We interviewed on the phone and I was not able to provide the dental records that were needed , how ever I found that I could fly down for a day, and do the in person interview with Kori. So the weekend of super bowl I flew down on Friday, did the interview and flew back home on Saturday. It turned out that I was a worst case deal. And any other place would be charging me $58k and up to $85k for this procedure.We set up the procedure start date for March 11th 2024 at 7am and the max cost was just over $32k that I paid out of pocket.So on Monday I was numbed up all through out my mouth, I beleave the name of the syrgine was Dr Heil, and he did a excellent job with getting to know me prior to the operation as well as all of the staff.Now I am very poor with remembering everyone's names so I will just refer to many of them as staff.Well the first step was to remove all 23 teeth that I had left and then there was some sewing in 4 spots. Next came the 6 top mounting postand then the 4 bottom post.This entire procedure took a little over 5 hours and for most of it I have no memory of what they were doing.Next was the bite for alignment. and then the manufacturing of the top and bottom plates and the installation of them on March 13th 2024.So today "March 14th 2024" we were heading to the airport to come back to Seattle and we chose to stop back in and ask some questions in regards to the way the temps were fitting.The syrgine and I spoke and they ended up removing the top plate to see why there was such discomfort, and then they modified the top plate slightly to relieve the pain that I was experiencing, I think this took all of 45 minutes.All in all, the staff are not only very professional and skillfully trained, but they are also very concerned that they are providing the very best service with each and every patient that walks through their doors.After the last 4 days, I want to refer to all of the Staff / Employees at Bionic Smile as family rather then just people who are doing a job.My next appointment is set for September 11th for the final Zerconia permanent implants to be installed. I will be down there for 4 or 5 days for this process. I have only been back in Seattle for 4 hours and I am already excited to go back down.So my bottom line +for you is that there is no need to search any further if you are reading this review. Typically, I do not write reviews. However, after the experience I had at Bionic Smile, I felt compelled to write one. Once in a blue moon you run across a business that just plain goes above & beyond, as rare as that is. Bionic Smile just gets it right! They are so attentive, and their attention to detail is superlative. From start to finish the entire process was absolutely seamless. I had a feeling that this would be the case during my initial phone evaluation with Jenn. But I thought it was too much to hope for. Was I wrong! Everything you read, and everything they tell you, is true! How often does that happen? I had an all on 6 procedure done. I flew in on Thursday, and had my evaluation done that morning. They extracted all my teeth on Friday, and they manufactured my upper and lower zirconia arches overnight. They put my new teeth in on Saturday morning. I flew home Sunday morning with my aftercare instructions. I had absolutely no pain or discomfort. I actually went to see the Eagles in the Sphere on Saturday night after my procedure was completed! The entire team was on point, and super attentive. Thank you Bionic Smile for an incredible experience! I will not hesitate one iota to recommend you to anyone that I have the opportunity to.

Excellent experience. I am so glad I found these guys. From the first phone call to the day of my teeth has been nothing but amazing!! There isn’t one team member that wasn’t beyond helpful and great even the shuttle drivers are great!! The 24 hour care to your hotel room after surgery and implants is very convenient.. I highly recommend this place to anyone that wants implants! I was quoted no less then 47,000 other places and only paid 24,000 for this place!!
