Had a really good experience today. The clinician was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly throughout the earwax removal. Some wax was quite deep and stuck close to the eardrum, so we planned a follow-up in a few days to finish it safely — which I really appreciated instead of rushing it. Felt well looked after and would definitely recommend.
