I had an excellent experience with Neuro Hearing. The Audiologist , Weicen, took the time to explain my hearing test results in detail and provided clear, easy-to-follow explanations of the findings. After a very thorough exam where he explained my results in detail, he actually let me wear a demo hearing aid for a real-time trial. We stepped out of the clinic and walked right onto the busy street to see how they handled the environment. I was amazed at how effectively the technology cut away the background traffic and noise while still keeping voices crystal clear. His expertise and caring, professional demeanor made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!
