Hearing loss on my right ear after shower and cleaning with cotton buds. Was very worried and saw Dr Wei Cen for the first time. Experience was very pleasant, good and reassuring. From the reception to the Doctor, it was all friendly and professional! Everyone knows what they were doing and in next to no time I was in the treatment room having my hearing treated. The procedure was quick, zero discomfort and every steps explained in detail so that I could understand clearly what needs and will be done. Doctor Wei Cen was really good and I was out within 30 minutes! All problems resolved and surprisingly the costs was really affordable and fair. Would strongly recommend to everyone with hearing issues. Thanks Dr Wei Cen!

Wei Cin was very thorough in his testing of my hearing. He also gave me helpful tips on living with tinnitus.He recommended aids which I have and I find they seem to override the noise of the tinnitus.I’m very glad I made the effort to go all the way to Canterbury from Oak Park. Wei Cin was excellent and I look forward to ongoing monitoring.
