This is the second time I’ve used Grandstile General Services to lay flooring in my home. I went a bit more complicated with tile plank and marble inlay. The patience and attention to detail is unmatched. Ciao and team are meticulous in their work and it shows. Prices are super reasonable. Communication is amazing. You won’t be disappointed! They will be doing the rest of my home when the time comes. (The pictures don’t do it justice)

Caio at Grandstile General Services just finished tiling both the floor and bathtub area in my guest bathroom. Even though Caio came highly recommended from a family member that had done business previously with Grandstile, I still wanted to do my own due diligence and get 3 or 4 estimates prior to selecting a contractor. After a couple of no-shows and no return calls from those other contractors, I called Grandstile and I’m so glad I did, not only did Caio answer the phone the first time I called, he was able to come out and provide me a quote the very same day.My bathroom was a complete renovation, plumbers had to cut through the concrete floor to replace the water and sewer lines. There were multiple delays which impacted Caio’s scheduled start date, I called Caio on 2 separate occasions to reschedule, he never complained, completely understood the circumstances and took everything in stride. He is a true professional, very polite and friendly. He kept me informed and updated with phone calls, text messages and pictures of his progress on a daily basis. He provided me his approximate arrival time each morning as well as when he was finished for the day. His communication skills are off the charts.The tile installation was nothing short of incredible, what a difference! We talked through the design before he started the install and he delivered exactly what we wanted. Overall, it was a great experience with a great company. I highly recommend Caio and Grandstile General Services.
