The coiled spring broke on my garage door. I contacted Charleston Garage Door and they were able to come the next day to replace the broken spring. Their technician Jose was very knowledgeable and professional. He replaced the spring, adjusted the chain on the door opener, and adjusted the up/down limits on the opener all within roughly 30 minutes. I just wanted to give a shout out to Jose! great job!
