One of my extension springs broke last week. John was my technician today. He showed up on time, as scheduled. Had all needed parts to replace 2 extension springs and related cables for one door. Quick and efficient service. Upon completing the install, he reset the opener door limits. GREAT SERVICE and AFFORDABLE!!!!! Will use them again when I plan to replace other door springs in a few months.
