Tyler is so so wonderful. He first fixed our stove so quickly, and then I called him to fix our kitchenaid fridge. There was a problem with the door first, which he fixed, then the freezer went and Tyler was my first call! It took a couple attempts but he kept trying and coming back and eventually everything worked better than before! It is a super expensive fridge that we didn’t really want to replace. My LG dryer recently stopped emitting heat. Tyler came the same day and fixed that as well. My kids love “Mr Tyler.” He first came when my middle son was 18months, and he is now 4- that’s how long we have been calling him! He is honest, and his prices are right! He comes whenever we need anything- he’s the only person I call and trust. He usually comes same day or asap. Being responsive via text is super helpful too. Tyler was always responding immediately to texts. I simply don’t trust anyone but Mr Tyler! He is the best! (Maybe bc he’s been our guy for a few years, but I can text him a problem and he responds asap with my next step, and if that fails he comes to take a look). Less
