With them being down personnel, only one day was added to the installation. They also removed the stock 3M front license plate holder that the dealership installed without permission. At pickup, care instructions for the film was thoroughly explained to me. At the re-inspection after a week, I asked about removal of the inspection sticker. I had an appointment (to fix one rear window tint that started peeling) set for 3pm. I got a text, not even a call, at 7:30AM the day of said appointment asking me if I could come in at 8:30am. I didn't reply to it. Then I got a call at 10:00 am asking if I could come in at 10:30 and wasn't even given a decent excuse as to why I couldn't come in at the time of my arranged appointment that was set a week earlier. I ended up going at 10:30 and just having them remove the tint instead of removal and reinstallation. I would recommend going somewhere else unless you really need your tint done. Less
