I called on a Thursday, they were able to take my car on a Friday.- Justin and his wife were able to come to my work about 12 mins away from the shop and pick up my car, take it to be worked on and bring it back.- My floors were amazing and dry!Facts: Most of my personal items were in a box.There was dirt spilled in my van from a 6" flower pot. I paid $190 for the service detailed in their website for interior clean only with special request to pay attention to the ceiling and moon roof. They had my vehicle from 1130 to about 430. Since this post, it appears there is now a clause that mini vans are now $300. I would have been happy to pay more based on the conversation Justin and I had, if I would have known so and after he looked at my van. Additionally, after this post, I was told moon roof tracks are covered as interior clean. This was discussed at time of pick up. I guess bugs and Wendy's cup disposal isn't covered either.I'm dissatisfied with:I requested my ceiling be cleaned, especially around the moon roof. There was debris and markings unexpected. I left a picture of one of the spots that was untouched.The amount of crust and food left in the back seat area.Bugs still smooshed against the window in the front on the vehicle.Dust left in the vents.I honestly didn't want to give a review but after lifting up one of my seats, I figured it would be appropriate.Please know, I was very grateful and thankful that Justin was willing to come get my car the following day after I called. One of the best services offered in my opinion.
