This is the best boxing circuit I have ever seen. Each boxing station is hand picked. You will never be bored. You also will get instruction from Golden Gloves champion Dale Shaddock. If you live in the Essex area check this place out!

Lots of fun with the training/drills. Can go at your own pace and still have help being pushed to do more with Coach Dale’s help.Would recommend
