Great boxing gym with great coaching.They prioritize safety more then any other gym ive seen while maintaining hard and intense training to make you a better fighter and thats what i think makes them better then the rest.

This is the best boxing circuit I have ever seen. Each boxing station is hand picked. You will never be bored. You also will get instruction from Golden Gloves champion Dale Shaddock. If you live in the Essex area check this place out!
