I had a broken driver side rear view mirror on my 2019 Dodge ram 1500 I took it to distinctive collision and the owner Mark suggested ways to save money when purchasing a new mirror and they put it on for $35. I hit a Deer in my car I thought I could rely on these people to fix my car. They even told me to do an insurance job they started lying to me about alot of stuff they told me the repo people out there twice which was a lie cause my payments where not behind at the time. Now he trying to get garage lein cause secretary state reach out to me he won't give me car back talking about give him $14,000 for storage which bad move for me to take the car to him. I was searching for a good Collision Shop to repair my vehicle after Warren police chasing a stolen car & car chase ran into me and caused lots of damage. Well, I found an awesome place!! in Distinctive Collision Shop on 696 Service Dr. Mark were amazing and went above and beyond to help me fix my Jeep !! They were professional, kind, patient, prompt, honest and showed true human compassion to want to work with me and not rip me off!! They even showed me the parts that needed to be replaced and explained why they needed to be replaced! The Jeep looked beautiful when finished.
