I didn’t hear from them after that again, and I thought everything was fine. BUT NO. Tiyanna Alexander signed me up for a plan that I told her no too. I explicitly said if it’s not better than what I already have I do not want it. She signed me up anyways, and I got a text and email saying I was signed up. When I said “oh no I said I didn’t want this. Please tell me you didn’t sign me up and cause me to lose my current insurance” I was told it was a mistake and it was cancelled. But what I wasn’t told was that she also cancelled the plan I had previously. That I spent $1600 for my deductible on. And now I have no insurance. I am very, very sick. I have lung and heart tests coming up because I am not able to breath properly. I’ve been in the hospital twice for this. And she only cares about making her commission. But now I am not eligible to get insurance until next month and I have to postpone lung function tests, cardiac tests, I won’t be able to get the meds that have essentially kept me from dying. But it’s fine because she got her commission. I am never this rude, but this girl is quite literally messing with my life. I could die because of how serious what I’m dealing with is. So do not do their little internet “we can save you money! See how!” And put your name or phone number because now they are saying I filled out an application when I literally just filled out the website stuff to get my information. So either this girl has no idea what she’s talking about or the company is using baiting techniques to get people to fill out an “application”. I am going to be seeking counsel on what the heck to do now because I want to ensure that if something happens to me due to this person doing something I very clearly told her not to do, that they are held accountable. I’ve never been more upset in my entire life. I don’t care to be seen as a Karen, because my literal life is on the line. Less
