This place is a mess. I would not trust them with your personal information. I tried to ask for my tax documents like I did the previous year and the broker attached a screenshot of our previous conversation where I told them to stop harassing me. If I tell you I don't want insurance anymore and you keep contacting me and sending me payment notifications about a bill for insurance that I already told you I didn't want then I have every right to tell this company to stop blowing up my phone. Lisette should learn how to be more professional instead of acting like a child when it comes to someone asking for their federal tax forms.

They just don't listen. They tried to force a policy down my throat, when I said I didnt want it they ignored and submitted the application, then when I told them agian it was ignored again and resubmitted. Not sure if they just don't speak English or they just don't care. Had a similiar issue last year but was told they fixed it and it would not happen agian but here I am going thru this again.
