I have a key-code gate operating system for our business. And it is our main gate that is restricted access. I have had problems with my gate closing, I had checked everything I knew to check. Ended up calling the company that intalled and maintained for years, but for whatever reason they have become increasingly difficult to work with. After 3 or 4 days of me calling to request a tech come to evaluate, they sent me a quote. I approved and sent back. A week went by and never heard anything. Called and they said I never approved the quote. So I resent the email showing I did approve and submit. They apologize for the over-site, and then tell me it will be 2 weeks on parts!? So what am I supposed to do for now 3 going on 4 weeks without an operational gate?I called AAC Systems and from the time he came out, to the job being completed, it was about 10 days. Good group of guys, got me taken care of AND at half the cost of what the other company quoted!Thank you AAC!KYLE KELLY
