Level Up Construction Alliances designed and poured my 24’ x 24’ monolithic slab with a perimeter grade beam measuring 6” x 24” all around, plus a high back wall of 2’6”. The slab was reinforced with rebar every 1 ft on center, and the wall was reinforced with top and bottom bars spaced every 300 mm (#10M rebar).They also installed 2” rigid XPS insulation along with a 6‑mil vapor barrier under the slab. Since I mentioned I wanted to install a car lift in the garage, they poured two reinforced pads — each 36” x 36” x 10” thick — exactly where the lift columns would be anchored.The crew did an outstanding job. They were always responsive and willing to answer questions. Diego, the owner, came to the site every day to check on progress, and whenever I requested something, he made it happen. That kind of commitment is rare and really appreciated.I can’t say enough good things about this company professional, reliable, and detail‑oriented. Highly recommended!
