KRAV Maga Detroit (KMD) has not only gotten me back into the best shape of my life and taught me real life defense techniques, KMD has provided me with a sense of community and faith in myself to know that I can accomplish anything if I put my mind to it!I have to admit, my first time walking into the free class KMD offers, I was nervous that I would look silly and not be able to keep up. My fears were immediately alleviated as the owner, Pawel, personally shows you around the gym and patiently answers all your questions.I couldn’t ask for a better experience, better personal trainers, amazingly clean gym, and superstar classmates. I promise if you give KMD a try you will not regret your decision. Thank you KMD for all you do and all you stand for!

Love this place, the staff and people are amazing! If you have questions about anything they take the time to help you understand and work through it. Initially I’d joined to loose weight but I’ve gotten so much more than that, I learned many ways to defend myself, ended up reaching my goal weight, and made so many connections!

I've been training for a couple of months and it has been life-changing. I'm more fit, stronger, have more awareness of my surroundings, and gaining confidence that I could survive an attack (God forbid). The staff is fantastic and Pawel's passion for Krav is contagious.
