I've had a great experience at Krav Maga Detroit. The instructors are knowledgeable, supportive, and really focus on helping you improve at your own pace. Staff is so helpful and efficient. Classes are well-structured, practical, and great for building both confidence and fitness. Highly recommend to anyone interested in real self-defense training.

Had such a great first experience here! Went with my work team for a wellness outing and the class exceeded my expectations. Varying skill levels present and the seasoned members and instructors were welcoming and supportive. Great class energy with practical, usable skills. I absolutely will be back.

KRAV Maga Detroit (KMD) has not only gotten me back into the best shape of my life and taught me real life defense techniques, KMD has provided me with a sense of community and faith in myself to know that I can accomplish anything if I put my mind to it!I have to admit, my first time walking into the free class KMD offers, I was nervous that I would look silly and not be able to keep up. My fears were immediately alleviated as the owner, Pawel, personally shows you around the gym and patiently answers all your questions.I couldn’t ask for a better experience, better personal trainers, amazingly clean gym, and superstar classmates. Love this place, the staff and people are amazing! If you have questions about anything they take the time to help you understand and work through it. Initially I’d joined to loose weight but I’ve gotten so much more than that, I learned many ways to defend myself, ended up reaching my goal weight, and made so many connections!
