Caleb Pearson was a fantastic help to me. I had been without insurance for months and wasn't even aware I had any options available to me other than paying high costly premiums which is why I hadn't even tried to look for insurance but in just a matter of hours I was signed up and covered and now have a great plan. This took so many worries off of me because I have some major health issues I had been worried about since I didnt have coverage. He is very knowledgeable and helpful and knows how to help and points you in the right direction. If you need insurance or help as to what is best or have any questions contact him. I was referred to this company and given Caleb Pearson’s name. I was over whelmed this year by changes to my policy which social security sent me with not much time to respond. So I called Mr Pearson before Christmas and discussed my issues and he made me feel at ease and that he would go over the part D , medication, which was my biggest concern: I left a message to verify dates and etc and he is prompt in his return calls and he was very professional and knowable in the questions I had. He informed me of my choices and how they would affect me and which ones that were best for me now but that may change and we discussed those options. Never did he make me feel unimportant and after 4 years of dealing with social security, Caleb was a breath of fresh air. I have been very anxious over some changes and he made me feel at ease and was able to tell me me without skipping a beat which plan was best suitable for me!!! I can’t thank him enough for taking the time to review what we discussed in our first conversation and I feel very comfortable with Caleb as my representative on record!
