I had the pleasure of working with Steph after the storm this past May. She was great. The insurance company came out to inspect all of the damage and Steph was right there with them and pointed out damage with them. After receiving the quote from the insurance company, she felt that it should be more. Steph knew all the steps to file for additional review, which I had no clue. She helped me through all the steps. This took the insurance several months to revise their final authorization, and in the end I was able to get the whole roof replaced. I can't thank Steph enough for all the help she gave me. When the time came the crew they had was very good. And very professional and Steph was right here every day to make sure that it was done right and they had everything they needed. As with many in the natural state roofing companies they come around after any weather or hail event. We knew we needed a new roof on our house but we wanted someone we could trust. After 3 consultations with 2 different companies we decided to go with SRS. After working with them they were able to work with our home owners insurance and we were able to get our roof replaced.
