ModMaids have built something truly special. The team of ladies who come in bi-weekly do very thorough work. They are professional, personable and hard working. We truly found people that treat our home as if it is theirs in the way that they take care of it. From cleaning ceiling fans and baseboards to fluffing pillows. You can see that they thoroughly cleaned the bathroom, the showers, kitchen, Etc. prices are reasonable for the service provided. We receive cute text for expected arrival and upon completion. I can’t say enough, Thank you 🙏 for building something amazing! Full service, YOU are as amazing as your Team ☺️

From the moment the team arrived, their professionalism and attention to detail were immediately apparent! They cared for my home with such precision and thoughtfulness! Every surface and every corner was cleaned to an exceptional standard I’ve honestly never experienced before! It was a real headache trying to find the right company to help us keep up with the house which made finding ModMaids all the better! We really did try about 4 other companies and never had as good of an experience as we've had with ModMaids.We've had our initial deep clean, a move out clean and a few routine cleanings so far and have been impressed and very satisfied. The team is efficient and executes cleans effectively. They are incredibly sweet and cognizant of the cats when using the front door. Since they're flight risks, this is incredibly appreciated!Our team is very receptive to feedback (cleaned the wood on the staircase when it was accidentally missed with zero hesitation) and are extremely detail oriented! I have quite a few books and the team so far has done a phenomenal job keeping the shelves clean and free of dust.My husband and I work from home on the days they come do the routine cleaning and the team is very respectful and so far have had no issues working (we do try and be just as respectful by staying out of their way).Regarding pricing, that saying "you get what you pay for" is totally not applicable here, but in the best way possible. As I said, we've tried a few different places that were priced the same or more than what ModMaids does for us. Pricing is incredibly competitive and the service is phenomenal for the cost (this is across the board for all the different services we've received with this company).Overall, as of now, I cannot recommend this company enough. They've done a great job with communication on arrival, departure, and of any issues they encounter. They go above and beyond to help keep our house clean and I am incredibly grateful for their efforts and work!The added bonus to this company is that we've had the same people come out for our cleanings which is very important to us, thank you!!
