If you’re trying to get in shape, they got you covered. Want to get into jiu jitsu/Muay Thai/wrestling, they got you covered. Stressed and depressed, they got you covered AND you’ll be walking out feeling brand new after 1 class. Great environment and really awesome people.

I’ve been training at this gym for almost a year now and it’s a great place to train whether you’re brand new to Jiu-Jitsu or already have experience. As a beginner myself, I really appreciated the strong fundamentals program. They do a great job breaking things down and making the learning process approachable. They also offer wrestling and Muay Thai classes, which is a huge plus and adds a lot of value to the training here.

Great community, tough training partners, and great coaches. I landed on this gym about a year and a half ago and haven’t regretted it since. If you’re a competitor or a hobbyist you should try the gym out and see if it fits.

My husband started jiujitsu at Van Nuys Tenth Planet for the first time since moving back to California and he loves it! He has never done anything like this before and quickly fell in love with it. The owners do an amazing job keeping the gym clean! It always smells so nice there. Everyone is super friendly and you feel like part of a community there. Since my husband loved it so much, we enrolled my son into the kid’s classes when he was six. My son does the jiujitsu classes on Monday and Wednesday and he does the Muy Thai classes on Thursdays. He loves it! We are planning to sign my daughter up once she’s old enough. There are a lot of girls that take the classes too! I asked one of the other moms why they signed their daughter up for the class and she said that her daughter was being picked on at school. It’s a great way to teach our children about self defense. The gym also gives back to the community by having members donate supplies for teachers and they are doing a toy drive for kids right now. When they compete in local competitions, they win! They’re actually holding a competition for teens and adults this February as well! I would highly recommend trying it out. The class that my husband takes has women in it as well! You should check it out!

10P Van Nuys is easily one of the best gyms in SoCal. They have a variety of Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai classes that are sure to fit any and every skill level. You immediately feel at home when you arrive, as the environment and space is so friendly and inviting. You truly make good friends here and learn a ton with the high skilled instructors and educated teammates. They are also SUPER CLEAN which is one of the things I prioritize most. Overall I can't recommend this place enough, and I'm so glad I signed up here and not somewhere else.

This is an absolutely outstanding gym. The training is great, the gear is fantastic, the Wednesday service always delivers, and it has the culture of a family clubhouse. I absolutely love this place and the people that make it so great. 10/10 would recommend.

Coming from someone that didn’t work out that often, this gym makes people feel welcome whether you’re a beginner or you’re more advanced. Staff is incredibly accommodating and warm and plenty of gym equipment. Big spaces for training and sparring. Plenty of classes to choose from and great for kids and adults.
