Great Gym with EVEN BETTER people! Coach Alder is LEGIT.Come train at a legit gym, people will say negative things about a gym they’ve either never engrained themselves into or never stepped foot inside or (1) bad interaction. Either way, everyone here has always been supportive and always willing to help, from staff to teammates alike. I drive basically to the other side of the valley to take classes. THAT’S HOW GOOD THIS GYM IS. I wish I would’ve found it YEARS AGO. Don’t miss out!

I trained at this location for 3 years of my 16 total years training. I very much appreciate and honor what I learned while taking class w Alder and his other coaches at the time. 10PVN has its own vibe. It was definitely a fun and friendly environment and community.
