From Sebby, front of house right through to Mohammed.Sebby explained everything and sorted payment side out - he's a happy, helpful chap & very calming.Roz and Hannah were Mohammed's assistants / trainees on the day and they were absolutely lovely, especially Roz's calming nature.Mohammed was top notch. You tend to worry when it's a new dentist, after decades of the previous dentist. After 2 or 3 minutes chatting with Mohammed (in general & about the procedure) you relax, as he clearly knows his stuff & everything was great.Highly recommend. She's so keen to hear feedback on how to make the practice perfect for patients.I've had whitening and she offered me free top up tubes should I need them, and made sure I was getting the shade I wanted. She's modernised and expanded the practice with cutting edge technology and additional specialisms. They now offer orthodontics that my grandson will be needing. There's a new buzz about the place and the staff are so professional and caring. I have recommend the practice to several of my friends as they were very unhappy with several of the nearby practices and they're thrilled that they switched. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.
