They are a terrific company to work with- no one in Tucson would work on my truck they didn’t guarantee that they could fix it but that they would try and try they did! Great mechanics, Art got me going again, probably messed up his name...lol had ac Condenser spring a leak where a rock hit it. They diagnosed it quickly and hot another one ordered, soon as it came in they slapped it in and I headed out reasonably prices. Great place! Would definitely recommend for a repair shop.

I'm from another local dealership about 8 minutes away. We don't have the capability to do repairs on chassis issues. When I was a service advisor I always sent my customers to Accu-Trac for any concerns with our customer's motorhomes. We hadn't done business with them as a sublet vendor before but I picked up the phone, talked to Art and he always says "yes, absolutely we can take a look at it". Every customer I've ever sent here has had nothing but great things to say about them. They're fair on pricing, extremely knowledgeable on chassis issues on these motorhomes.They're customer service is top notch and I'm here right now (as a tech). My manager had asked me to go on a test drive to see what's wrong with this motorhome that keeps clicking in the front end. I called Art while on the test drive and brought it right in. They took it in the bay right away and are looking at it right now. Very prompt service.Nothing but great things to say about this shop. Tucson is very lucky to have this shop in town.
