We went with this company because wanted a professional experience but sadly we were let down. First, they went and cleaned the wrong house, then sadly our town was having water issues so it was agreed that they would do whatever didnt need water and come back once the water issue was fixed and finish all the stuff that was left undone which was more than half of what was asked. However I dont know where the communication between the employees went wrong and when we tried to schedule we were told they were gonna charge us $100 extra which was never mentioned before. We were able to settle by compromising and removing a section from the house from the cleaning, only because we were needing a cleaning done quick but when it came time to schedule a new appointment something happened to their cleaning crew and had to reschedule they gave us a window of two days but couldn't make either or, they were informed we needed the cleaning done before a specific day because we had carpet being installed and all they kept saying was that they were working on something until Saturday came around and I was told the same thing. I asked to speak to a manager, and they failed to mention that they were gonna be off for the rest of the day. I was never able to speak to a manager and had to settle for paying them about half of the agreed price, I am very disappointed because of all the issues we had and because if we were told there was no way they would make it in time I could've prepared and find a different option, instead they had me hoping and waiting until the last second.

Worst communication. Showed up 5 hours late. Went to the wrong house. Finally arrived to the job and stayed for maybe 1 hour and left my floors completely dirty still. All while leaving the doors to the house wide open with the AC on. My hand had dirt on it from rubbing my hand on the ground. They also dumped a whole bucket of paint materials on our back porch and left it! Worst service I’ve ever experienced! When asked to speak to a manager 3 times today they were “unavailable” This company DOES NOT have the cleaning materials that the website shows. No floor cleaner no nothing! Biggest joke ever! FAKE! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
