It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Daniel. He answered all of my questions and helped me every single step of the way. What a great experience with Daniel at Sunder Energy. We were actually going to go with another solar company, but when Daniel showed up, he pitched us his services. He walked us through the different products and which solar company would be installing our equipment. After doing my own research on the solar company, the reviews were less than stellar. I mentioned this to Daniel and he let us know that the company was going through some tough times including some management changes. Daniel said we can go with another solar company, but he had better contacts with this company. He also said that we would be paying for his services and he would be responsible to be the one contact who would coordinate all of the activities of the solar project for us. We decided to go with Daniel and we are so glad we did. Daniel was with us every step of the way. Even when we had some issues with the installation of the equipment (didn’t like how the conduit was routed); as well as the conduit not being painted; Daniel made the calls to have the technicians come back out and reroute the conduit as well as have it painted. Daniel tracked all the progress of the project and kept us updated. Even when he was out of country, Daniel always returned our calls and text messages in a timely manner. Truly responsive! Including his wife, Janessa, as part of our text messages in welcoming us and keeping us updated on the project was brilliant….especially with thanking us for being part of the solar family were nice touches. A few days after the installation, he even stopped by and had us load solar APPs on our electronic devices. He walked us through what we should expect to see regarding what to see on the solar APP as well as the NV Energy billing statements. Although we were nervous in the beginning, with choosing the solar company with bad reviews, Daniel made the whole experience worthwhile. We’re up and running and truly happy we went with Daniel. Totally awesome customer service!!! If you’re looking into solar, look no further. Give Daniel a call…you won’t regret it!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Daniel & his team were phenomenal! He explained every detail and answered every one of my questions & concerns with no hesitation. Never did I ever feel that he was pushy and was always caring and sympathetic to my situation. So much so that he catered to my needs and always made sure that I was taken care of. He has been there throughout the entire process. He has reached out to say he is still always available to help if needed now that the solar is up and running. I highly recommend Daniel for all your solar needs! Just simply professional, intelligent, caring, and helpful, 100%!
